Founded by brothers Nick and Steven Carse, in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis, King of Pops began with one used ice cream cart on a single corner and a passion for South American-style paletas crafted with local ingredients. What followed has become an Atlanta staple and one of Ponce City Market’s most popular tenants.
