Jamestown Invest, at its core, is an online real estate investment platform, where individual American investors, non-accredited or accredited, may purchase shares in real estate sponsored by Jamestown. Investors will have access to curated offerings depending on financial status (i.e. net worth or income) and level of investment experience. Investments may include individual properties, a diversified real estate fund with existing assets, or a blind pool real estate fund with a focused investment thesis and unspecified investment opportunities.
Through Jamestown Invest, investors have the opportunity to participate in our real estate offerings through our private, secure portal. Depending on the volume of our investments and allocation available, investors will be able to browse offerings, evaluate the investment, sign legal documents and fund.

Jamestown Invest may offer investments through various securities. Accordingly, we have made two types of securities offerings available to investors: Regulation A and Regulation D.
Due to Regulation A (or Reg-A) under the Securities Act of 1933, which went into effect in 2015, real estate investment trusts are able to accept investments from qualified purchases, which includes both accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to caps, opening up investment to the general public. A non-accredited investor’s purchase may not be more than 10% of their annual income or net worth. At this time, you must be a U.S. citizen.
Private securities offerings, typically under rule 506 of Regulation D, are only offered to Accredited Investors or licensed securities professionals as defined by the Securities Exchange Commission. To access these offerings, investors are required to have one of the following:
Jamestown Invest’s minimum investment starts at $2500. The price per share is adjusted at the beginning of each fiscal quarter. This amount may change over time and will vary based upon the target funding amount of offerings.
