- Over half of our audience has 10% or less of their portfolio allocated to private real estate investments.
- Over a third of our audience has never invested in commercial real estate investment offerings before.
- A majority of respondents plan to add more private commercial real estate as part of their overall portfolio strategy in 2021.
- Most respondents prefer a diversified commercial real estate fund with existing assets.
- Multifamily and Healthcare are the most favored asset classes, with hotel and retail properties receiving the least amount of votes.
